Stephanie Partlow of Woodburn High School is the Rising Star Technology Teacher of the Year.

Stephanie Partlow developed a computer science curriculum for students in an urban setting where many students need to learn English as a second language and have not been introduced to computer science concepts or opportunities. She got computer science and web design courses approved so students have these classes available to them at all high school grade levels at Woodburn High School. Partlow contributes curricular resources to other Oregon university and state programs. See the Woodburn Independent article.
