Dwayne Wallace is TechStart Student of the Year from Warrenton High School
Dwayne Wallace attends a school which had no formal coding classes. He diligently worked to not only teach himself computer science and robotics concepts, but introduced computer science concepts, programming languages, and 3D modeling in developing a remote operated vehicle (ROV) team at Warrenton High School. Wallace plans to attend Linn Benton Community College and then Oregon State University, pursuing a degree in computer and electrical engineering so he can make a tangible difference in the world, solving problems with innovative and calculated solutions.
